Plant what comes next.

Every form of intimacy, the way we love, withhold, reach for connection, or protect ourselves from it, was planted somewhere. Here we slow down. We ask what's yours to carry and what was handed to you. We make room for pleasure, for honesty, for intimacy that doesn't require you to shrink or perform.

About

I’m a psychotherapist specializing in sex and relationship therapy, and a doctoral student in Social Work at Howard University, where my research centers health sexual development, sexual justice, and sexual communication across the lifespan. I hold clinical social work licenses in Washington, DC and Maryland and certification in sex therapy from the Sexual Health Alliance. My clinical approach is grounded in strengths, systems, and relational theories which align with the belief that healing happens in relationship, not isolation, and that intimacy, pleasure, and honesty are not luxuries but birthrights. I bring over 5 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating desire, disconnection, and the particular exhaustion of holding it all together.
